Rishi Pal
Founder & CEO
An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Rishi brings decades of experience from the front lines of the global IT industry, where he conceptualized, built, and scaled products for some of the world's largest telecom giants. After years of building technology that connected people across continents, he turned his focus to what he calls “the most important network of all” — the minds of the next generation.
He founded Phroneo Technologies with a single belief: that when we invest in how a child learns, we don't just change their future — we expand the limits of what humanity can become. His mission today is simple and unshakable: educate every child, and help them realize the fullest version of themselves.
Richa Pal
Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer
Richa is a graduate of IIT Ropar, where she studied Mathematics and Computing (MnC) — one of the most rigorous programs in the country, built around the deep mathematical and computational foundations that power today's Artificial Intelligence. It's the kind of program where AI isn't a buzzword, it's the language you learn to think in.
A techie at heart and an educator by calling, Richa blends serious technical depth with a deeply human purpose. At Phroneo Technologies, she leads the technology and AI vision — building the intelligence that makes every child feel seen, understood, and challenged at exactly the right level. She's here to prove that the smartest technology is the kind that brings out the best in every learner.
